Some old rust pitting up along the zeroing collar. I assume this was cleaned up at one time. All complete and with the jaw plates.

The gib screws will need adjusted, they are looser than they need to be. The other actions are nice and smooth. Please check pictures for condition and details. Weighs 16 pounds before packaging. Final package weight is 23 pounds due to packing in heavy double walled boxes.
