Hardinge Sjogren 5C Speed Collet Chuck Closer Lever L0 Spindle Mount No. Includes everything you see plus a small 1/4 key to turn the collet from the face of the unit. Tested with a 5C collet successfully. Only defect I see is some small chips in the threads, but they do not seem to affect the functionality. Obviously, you will need to fabricate some sort of bracket to capture the short pivot point so that the lever can be used to quickly release collets.
