Jacob's 91-T1 Spindle Nose Lathe Flex Collet Chuck and includes two boxes of genuine Jacob's Flex Collet's that go from 1/16" all the way to 1-3/8" and the rubber plugs. Yes; their is some light rust that will clean up real fast with some light oil and some scotch brite. We're talking 38 Lbs.
