Jacobs Collet Chuck 2 1/4 X 8 for South Bend, Clausing Sheldon, Logan Lathes

This is a pretty clean Jacobs Collet Chuck #91-A6 for use on many lathes such as South Bend, Logan and Sheldon Monarch that use a 2 1/4 X 8 tpi spindle. The advantage of these chucks are they make collet removal and installation quick and easy, the rubber flex collets have a wider holding range than steel collets, and they are especially good at holding pieces with thin sides (similar to tubing) firmly but gently. Sorry about the last picture which turned out fuzzy, my camera didn't want to focus correctly.
