Jacobs Rubber Flex Collet sets Machine Shop Equipment Lathe Collet Chuck

These sets provide a massive gripping range from 1/16" all the way up to 1-3/8", making them a complete solution for shops using Jacobs collet chucks. While listed as used, these collets are in outstanding condition. The metal leaves show virtually no signs of tool scarring or spinning, and the rubber remains clean and well-preserved. Several collets in the set appear to be unused "New Old Stock" quality. Set 1: J910 - J914 Series. This set covers the smaller diameter range and comes in its original green hammered-finish metal case.

Set 2: J915 - J920 Series. This set covers the larger diameter range, also housed in its original matching metal case. Collets: Excellent condition with very little to no visible wear on the gripping surfaces. Cases: Both original Jacobs metal cases are included.

They show some external shelf wear and patina, but the hinges and latches are fully functional. Back-up Plugs: Includes several original rubber back-up plugs (as pictured), essential for safely chucking short pieces. Documentation: Both cases still have the original "How to Chuck Short Pieces" instruction labels clearly legible on the inside lids. This is a rare opportunity to get two very clean, well-maintained sets of American-made Jacobs tooling that are ready for professional shop use.
