Kalamazoo 1CC 5C Collet Chuck 3 in Holding Dia Workholding Lathe

This is a new Kalamazoo Industries (Kalamazoo, Michigan) 1CC 5C collet chuck with a 3-inch holding diameter, machined from steel with a ground and polished cylindrical body. The chuck accepts standard 5C collets and features a threaded internal nose (visible in photos) for collet draw-in, a flanged mounting face with four tapped bolt holes for spindle or fixture mounting, a side-mounted hex-socket set screw for collet retention, and a small radial lube port on the body. The flanged face design with four bolt-circle mounting holes makes this chuck suitable for use on lathes, rotary indexers, manual or CNC turning equipment, and custom fixturing where 5C collet workholding is required. Manufactured by KAL Industries, Inc. Of Kalamazoo, Michigan, a known US producer of precision workholding and sawing equipment.
