Watchmakers 6mm collet LORCH LATHE Compound Slide/Step chucks/Mandrel Head etc

From an old clockmakers workshop clearance.. This is a good LORCH Schmidt & Co. Lathe that has been looked after and used. Lathe is fitted onto wooden base (not easy to see in the pictures, sorry). Will try some daylight pictures when able!

This has speed control and UK mains plug. (would need to be checked by qualified electrician before use). The lathe headstock is 6mm size with drawbar.

9 3/4 inches long (25cm). Benefits from an additional MANDREL HEAD. Has T-rest and male/female runner in tailstock.

Lovely COMPOUND SLIDE with sharp tool (height adjustable on rare original tool holder). Compound slide one of the nicest I have owned, really nice and smooth, little if any play. Wooden box containing many collets, Ring chucks and several other parts as seen.

Division head with detent lever. I would best describe lathe as "honest condition" but would surely clean up much nicer! Also quite comprehensive and with rare/hard to find accessories! These lathes are getting harder to find! Check out my other items.
